How to make Shrimp or prawn Fried Rice?

- Pilaf rice / Basmati rice: 1 kg
- Shrimp (medium size): 1/2 kg
- Ginger paste: 1/2 tsp
- Onion chop: 1 cup
- Pepper: 1 cup
- Soy sauce: 1 tsp
- Salt: as you like
- Pea Beans: 1 cup
- Beat eggs: 1
- Oil: 3 tsp
First, heat the oil in a frying pan and the beaten egg. Fry the egg and keep it separately.
In the same pan, add onion and ginger paste with a little oil. Fry for one minute, add pea beans and peeled shrimp.
Cook rice with pilaf rice/basmati rice. It is better to cook it and leave it for three hours to keep the rice crispy. Now mix well with the cooked rice pan and add soy sauce and black pepper. Mik it for a while and check the salt, because salt is given in soy sauce. Now mix the previously fried eggs and shake it for a while. Hot prawn fried rice was made.
