- Borboti: (Long Bean)
- Carrot: Medium size
- Pepe: 5 Medium size (curved like carrots)
- Cabbage: One part of 5
- Mushrooms: 3-5
- Capsicum: 1 large
- Cornflower: 2 tablespoons 1/4 cup water should be swallowed
- Chicken (crushed) or prawn: 1/2 cup
- Ginger and garlic cloves make 3 tablespoons
- Onion: Crushed 1/2 cup
- Testing: Salt slightly
- Tomato sauce: A little
- Chicken stock or hot water: same as quantity
Cut onion julienne / long slices except for onions.
Cut the onion into cubes.
All vegetables must be boiled separately except capsicum. Mix some salt and corn flakes at the time of boiling and the color of the vegetables is fine. The green color will be longer. (The color of the vegetable will be more car)
Boil the vegetables in half.
Now take oil in a pan and fry the ginger and garlic until lightly golden.
When done, fry the chicken with a little salt.
Now with capsicum and onion, shake it for 2-3 minutes with all the vegetables.
Now cover with the same amount of chicken stock or hot water. When the water is slightly reduced or after 3-5 minutes open the lid and let the cornflower with boiling water.
Now reduce the sugar, sauce and lemon juice.
