How to make Keema Parathas

One of our most popular dishes is stuffed keema parathas. As the name implies, it is unique in its taste. Many think this is a complicated thing to make. But at home, you can easily make this dish.


  • Chicken/beef mince
  • Ghee
  • Ginger
  • Flour
  • Lemon juice
  • Milk
  • Pepper powder
  • Raw peppermint
  • Onion chopped
  • Salt and oil

Making Rules:

First, prepare the sheath well with the amount of flour, milk, salt, and water in a container.

Then rub with oil for about half an hour.

Then wash the beef mince and sprinkle it with ginger powder and lemon juice and marinate for 2-3 hours.

prepare a pan into the oven and sprinkle with the amount of oil, raw pepper, onion chopped, and salt, lemon juice, pepper powder and fry the mince.

Once the mince is fried, let it cool down from the oven.

Now cut the lettuce with the dough and make the bread.

Then spread the kima over the bread and press another loaf to make a light paratha.

Then serve warm the veggies with ghee and then whip it up.
